The Zen Den is my small, quiet garden treatment space in Newport Pagnell, created for one client at a time. There is no busy salon atmosphere, no forced conversation and no sense of being hurried through.

I am a fully qualified reflexologist, a member of the Association of Reflexologists, and qualified in professional facial treatments. Whether you visit for reflexology or a holistic facial, your session is personal, grounded and shaped around how you arrive on the day.

No vague wellness jargon and no pretending you are fine just because you are still upright. Just time to settle, switch off for a while and let somebody else look after things.
